In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or seized by customs, we request you to provide us with relevant proof. After confirmation, we will reship your package at no additional cost to you, ensuring you receive your order without any further delay.

 3、Delay in Shipment

If the declared shipping time exceeds 60 days (which you can track online), please reach out to us. We will immediately reship your package for free, ensuring you receive your order as swiftly as possible.
